After we chat, we will lock in your wedding date with a signed contract and security deposit.
This is when you share your vision and details about your wedding day. We will start the coordination process at this meeting, which typically takes place about 6 months before your wedding!
About 3 months before your wedding day, you will start to plan out every detail of your wedding weekend.
About 2-3 weeks before your wedding day, you will meet with your lead coordinator to fine tune every last detail of the wedding weekend to make it all flow flawlessly!
